Make your loved one's last journey one that will be forever remembered and cherished by family and friends. A special farewell for a special person.

When was the last time you saw a funeral procession being led by a pair of majestic Friesian horses hitched to a beautiful Horse Drawn Hearse? The passing of a President?

A Horse Drawn Hearse may be the answer to that age old question. How can we show the world how special our loved one was to us? They deserve more than just an "ordinary" service. Show the world that your loved one was "special".

White horse drawn hearse

In 1996 Joe's sister Corinne started an antique carriage collection and asked Joe and Barb if they would like to house it at their farm, like a museum in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania. They gladly accepted the offer and put an addition onto their workshop. They now have a Museum. In the Museum you'll find many fine antique carriages and accessories on display. The Museum is open to visitors. As you tour the museum you will find that Corinne also has a fine collection of quilts in the museum.

In addition to the antique carriages on display, there is also a horse drawn hearse custom built for the Heintzelman Funeral Home in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania. Still being used today.

All the horse drawn carriages and coaches of this era were built on rubber tires or steel tires. The carriages and coaches would have oil or candle lamps. They were also built for a single horse or up to a four horse hitch.

Joe and Barb wish to extend an invitation to you and your family to visit Corinne's Carriage House and Museum.

Thanks,
Joe, Barb and Corinne Tetz.
